Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
