Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Pine Auto Group is a Honolulu company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
