Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Amber Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
