Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Orchard Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
