Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
