Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Quarry Farms Partners grows and distributes produce from farms near Honolulu. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
