Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Hartford, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
