Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Yarrow Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
