Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Corner Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
