Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group is a El Paso company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
