Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Yarrow Farms is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
