Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Pine Press is a printer and publisher in El Paso serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
