Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Detroit, MI)

Silverline Timber Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
