Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Denver, CO)

Cedar Fern Foods Group is a Denver food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 785 people based in Denver. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
