Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Dallas, TX)

Bright Rowan Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Dallas plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
