Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sparrow Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
