Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Columbus, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
