Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
