Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Maple Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Colorado Springs plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
