Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Quarry Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Cleveland, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
