Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Yarrow Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
