Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
