Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
