Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Lantern Auto Group is a Charlotte company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 408 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
