Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Bright Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Charlotte. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
