Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Summit Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Charlotte, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
