Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charleston, SC)

Bright Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
