Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charleston, SC)

Nova Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Charleston. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
