Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charleston, SC)

Westbrook Nest Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charleston, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
