Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 291 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
