Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
