Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Haven Medical is a Buffalo company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
