Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Willow Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
