Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Wilder Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
