Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Buffalo, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
