Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Yarrow Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
