Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood North Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
