Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boston, MA)

Lumen Pine Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
