Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boston, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
