Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ridge Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 544 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
