Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Corner Pharma Partners and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Boston. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
