Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Meadow Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
