Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Boston region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
