Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Summit Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
