Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Press Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
