Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Cross Foods produces packaged foods at its Baltimore plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
