Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Sable Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
