Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Willow Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
