Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
