Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 345 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
